Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish

1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil or non-stick spray.

Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Prepare the glaze: In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Coat the chicken: After marination, remove each chicken breast from the dressing (let any excess drip off) and dip each into the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Bake: Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). The coating should be golden and crispy.

Garnish: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
