Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, ginger, and lime juice. Mix well. Add the shrimp, coat well, and let marinate for 15-30 minutes (the longer, the better!).

Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Shrimp: Add the marinated shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip the shrimp over and cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked through.

Caramelize the Sauce: Pour any remaining marinade into the pan and stir. Let it cook briefly until the sauce thickens slightly, coating the shrimp, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish. Serve warm with steamed rice or over a fresh salad.
