1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of strawberries)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, softened cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, sugar (if using), and vanilla extract.
