Ingredients
  

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

        Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture, securing the opening with toothpicks if necessary.

          Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

              Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then remove toothpicks, slice, and serve warm.
