Ingredients

4 cups of water

2 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea leaves (or 4 tea bags)

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus additional for garnish)

1/4 cup honey (adjust to taste)

1 lemon, juiced

Mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Brew the Tea: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea leaves. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Prepare the Raspberry Syrup: While the tea is steeping, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the fresh raspberries and honey. Crush the raspberries gently with a fork and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes syrupy. Remove from heat and strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, pressing down to extract all the juice.

Combine Ingredients: Once the tea is ready, strain and allow it to cool to room temperature. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled Earl Grey tea, raspberry syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1-2 hours until it's nicely chilled.

Serve: To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the Earl Grey raspberry tea over the ice, and garnish with additional fresh raspberries and mint leaves.

Enjoy: Refresh yourself with this delightful summery drink!
