Ingredients
  

2 large cucumbers, diced

3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped

1/4 red onion, finely sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers and chopped tomatoes.

    Add the finely sliced red onion and chopped parsley to the bowl.

      If using, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.

        In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

          Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
