Ingredients

8 oz. fresh lo mein noodles

1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. If needed, add a splash of water to help steam the broccoli.

Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked lo mein noodles. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.

Remove from heat, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
