Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or any preferred cream soup)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup cooked rice (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, fresh broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and cooked rice (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined and the broccoli is evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for extra crunch, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
