1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup Snickers bars, chopped

½ cup M&M's, plus extra for garnish

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon pink food coloring

Pink sprinkles (for decoration)

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

    Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

      Incorporate the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

        Add Chunks of Snickers and M&M's: Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and the ½ cup of M&M's into the cheesecake mixture.

          Add Color: Add the pink food coloring to the mixture, and fold gently until the desired shade of pink is achieved.

            Combine with Sour Cream: Gently fold in the sour cream, mixing just until combined.

              Assemble the Cheesecake: Spoon the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula, and gently tap the pan on the counter to release any air bubbles.

                Chill the Cheesecake: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set (overnight is recommended for the best texture).
