1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil spray

For Creamy Pasta:

8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne works well)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Bites:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      - In a shallow dish, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

        - In another bowl, whisk the eggs.

          - Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, and then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
