Ingredients
  

1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet.

      In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until yolks and whites are well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

        Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border.

          Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil evenly over the eggs.

            Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added flavor.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Slice and enjoy your delicious breakfast pizza!
