Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice. Make sure each piece of chicken is well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

      Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

        Add Chicken to the Dish: Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and place the chicken breasts in the lined baking dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.

          Sprinkle Parmesan: Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the marinated chicken.

            Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil to allow the chicken to brown, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

              Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
