Ingredients

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon butter

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the softened cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and uniform, ensuring the cream cheese is completely incorporated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter. Let it melt completely, swirling it around to coat the pan.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Allow it to sit undisturbed for about 30 seconds to one minute until the edges start to set.

Using a spatula, gently push the eggs from the edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Continue this motion until the eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places, about 2-3 minutes total.

Remove from heat while the eggs are still slightly less done than you desire, as they will continue to cook from residual heat.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chives or parsley for added flavor and presentation.
