Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)

8 oz. light cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1/2 cup whipped cream (light, or use a dairy-free alternative)

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened light cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend them together until smooth and creamy.

Add the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.

Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture. Start with a small amount to lighten the mixture, then gradually fold in the rest until well blended.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed. If you prefer it sweeter, add more honey or maple syrup incrementally, tasting as you go.

Once your cheesecake fluff is ready, spoon it into serving dishes or cups, filling them about 3/4 full.

Sprinkle a layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of each serving for added texture and flavor.

Garnish with a few fresh berries of your choice on top for a delightful finish.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
