4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (in oil, drained)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh basil for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Create the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

        Make it Creamy: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix well and let simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

          Bring it Together: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them in the creamy Tuscan sauce. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
