Ingredients

2 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Coconut Rum

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Grenadine

4 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Fresh Orange Juice

Crushed Ice

Lime wheel and cherries for garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and fresh orange juice. Fill the shaker with crushed ice.

Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until nicely chilled.

In a tall glass, pour in the Blue Curacao, letting it settle at the bottom, creating a blue layer.

Gently layer the shaken mixture over the Blue Curacao by pouring it slowly against the side of the glass.

Carefully add the grenadine by pouring it down the side of the glass to create a beautiful gradient effect, resembling a sunset.

Garnish with a lime wheel and a few cherries on top.
