Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

5 slices of thick-cut bacon, chopped

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 cup pickled jalapeƱos (for a spicy kick)

Instructions

Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Leave a tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet for flavor.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the beef in the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cooked fettuccine into the cheese sauce, mixing until the pasta is fully coated. Add the crispy bacon pieces and toss to combine evenly.

Serve & Garnish: Divide the pasta among serving plates. Top with cherry tomato halves, extra cheese if desired, chopped green onions, and pickled jalapeƱos for added kick.

Enjoy: Serve immediately while hot and creamy!
