Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well and set aside.

Cook the Broccoli: In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are vibrant green and slightly tender. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set it aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Season the shrimp with a little salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Combine Everything: Once the shrimp are cooked, return the broccoli to the pan. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the shrimp and broccoli. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Finish and Serve: Drizzle the sesame oil over the stir-fry and toss everything gently. Remove from heat. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
