Ingredients

2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk (canned for creaminess)

1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen orange juice concentrate, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, sugar or honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. You want it thick but well-combined.

If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to help it blend, but be careful not to make it too runny.

Once blended to a creamy consistency, pour the mixture into a large bowl or piping bag.

If using a piping bag, cut the tip and swirl into serving bowls or cups for that signature Dole Whip look.

Serve immediately topped with a slice of fresh orange or a cherry, or freeze for about 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
