1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) or 1 teaspoon dried herbs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and herbs. Mix well until a thick paste forms.

      Using a spoon, drop rounded tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each drop. Flatten each portion slightly with the back of the spoon to create thin disks.

        Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chips are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
