Ingredients
  

1 lb (450g) ground beef

8 oz (225g) egg noodles

1 cup (240ml) beef broth

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup (150g) chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (150g) shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup (75g) grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

        Add Ground Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high, add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Drain any excess fat.

          Combine Ingredients: Reduce heat to low. Stir in the tomato sauce and beef broth into the beef mixture. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to combine flavors.

            Mix Noodles: In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles and the beef mixture. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.

              Prepare for Baking: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheeses and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

                Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                  Garnish & Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
