2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Optional: lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-combined and the chicken is evenly coated with the creamy avocado mixture.
