4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice (fettuccine or penne works well)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sausage Bites:

        - While the pasta is cooking, remove the casing from the Italian sausages and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

          - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

            - Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

              - Add the sausage pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and sprinkle with dried parsley.

                Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

                  - In a separate saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

                    - Stir in the heavy cream and garlic powder. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
