2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on your spice preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Ranch dressing or additional buffalo sauce (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.

      Arrange Crescent Rolls: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a circle. Overlap the pointed ends of the triangles to create a ring shape, leaving a wide gap in the center.

        Fill the Ring: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly around the outer edge of the crescent roll ring.

          Cover with Crescent Rolls: Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create smaller triangles. Lay these smaller triangles over the filling, tucking the ends underneath the ring to enclose the filling.

            Egg Wash: Brush the top of the crescent rolls with the beaten egg to achieve a golden-brown color during baking.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
