1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

Juice of 1 lime

8 small flour or corn tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream and salsa (optional toppings)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
