2 ears of corn, husked and grilled or boiled

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup crumbled Cotija cheese

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

For the Tacos:

8 small corn tortillas

Lime wedges, for serving

Extra cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine chicken thighs with buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

      Prepare the Fried Chicken Coating:

        - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

          Fry the Chicken:
