Ingredients
  

200g ramen noodles

2 chicken breasts, sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated

½ cup heavy cream

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chili flakes for extra heat

Instructions
 

Cook the Ramen Noodles: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Broth: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary, then add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 3 minutes until the mushrooms soften. Add the chicken broth, the remaining soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a simmer.

        Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the remaining minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously until warmed through and slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

          Combine and Serve: Once the broth is simmering, add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the cooked ramen noodles and let everything heat together for about 2-3 minutes.

            Plate and Garnish: To serve, ladle the ramen and chicken into bowls. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce on top and garnish with chopped green onions and chili flakes if desired.
