Ingredients

2 pre-made pizza dough balls (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup pizza sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (or any toppings of your choice)

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Roll the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out each pizza dough ball into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick. Ensure you have enough flour to prevent sticking.

Pre-Grill the Dough: Once the grill is hot, carefully place the rolled-out dough onto the grill grates. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on one side, or until you see grill marks and the bottom starts to firm up.

Flip and Top: Carefully flip the dough using tongs. Now, quickly spread a layer of pizza sauce on the grilled side, followed by mozzarella cheese, your choice of toppings, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Make sure to leave a small border around the edges for the crust.

Grill the Pizza: Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.

Finish and Serve: Once done, remove the pizza from the grill. Allow it to cool for a minute, then drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh basil, and add salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve hot!
