Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Add the cooked chicken to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined. Fold in the sautéed broccoli and cauliflower.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
