Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 can (10 oz) RoTel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt

Optional: Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, drained RoTel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt until well combined.

Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.

Fill the Triangles: Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling at the wide end of each triangle. Be careful not to overfill, or they may burst while baking.

Roll and Seal: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll each triangle up towards the pointed end. Pinch the ends to seal the filling inside.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled crescent dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure the points are tucked underneath to prevent them from opening during baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving. Serve warm as a party appetizer.
