Ingredients

2 cups brewed coffee (cooled)

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup milk (whole or your choice)

1/4 cup dulce de leche (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped cream (for topping)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Ground coffee or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the cooled brewed coffee, vanilla ice cream, milk, dulce de leche, and vanilla extract.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker milkshake, add more ice cream. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk.

Taste the milkshake and add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors, blending again to combine.

Drizzle some dulce de leche along the inside of serving glasses. Pour the milkshake into the glasses carefully to create a beautiful layered effect.

Top with generous dollops of whipped cream, drizzling extra dulce de leche over the top.

Sprinkle with a dash of ground coffee or cocoa powder for a finishing touch.

Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon.
