1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (or bacon, if preferred)

1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors for visual appeal)

1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Pie Crust: Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling. Bake for about 8 minutes, just until it starts to set but not brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

      Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned and cooked through, then drain excess fat and set aside.

        Whisk Eggs and Milk: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.

          Layer Ingredients: Spread the cooked sausage evenly across the bottom of the pre-baked pie crust. Next, scatter the diced bell peppers and green onions on top of the sausage.

            Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the layer of vegetables and sausage.
