Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice preference)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced green onions (optional, for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions

In your crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Add in the shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then stir again to incorporate everything together.

Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it on low heat for 2-3 hours or on high heat for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.

Once done, give it a good stir to ensure the dip is creamy and well combined.

If desired, garnish with diced green onions for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks. Enjoy!
