Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried Italian seasoning on both sides.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.

      Make the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

        Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

          Incorporate Spinach: Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and cook for a few minutes until wilted.

            Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the chicken to heat through.

              Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve the creamy garlic Parmesan chicken hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
