4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

        Create the Sauce: Pour in the chicken broth, scraping any bits off the bottom of the skillet. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.

          Add Cream and Spinach: Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream, chopped spinach, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it simmer until the spinach wilts (about 2-3 minutes).

            Finish the Dish: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy garlic sauce. Let everything simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.

              Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
