Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

Optional: Chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, cranberry sauce, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy. Make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated.

If desired, fold in chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture and flavor.

Transfer the cranberry honey butter to a decorative serving dish or individual ramekins.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Let the spread sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving, to soften slightly for easy spreading.
