Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for optimal flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slider buns

8 slices of cheddar cheese

1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded lettuce

Optional: diced tomatoes or caramelized onions for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the sliders juicy.

Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into slider-sized patties, slightly larger than the buns since they will shrink while cooking.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the burgers reach your desired doneness.

Toast the Buns: While the burgers are cooking, cut the slider buns in half and lightly butter the insides. Place them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Sliders: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun. Place a cheesy patty on top, followed by a few pickle slices, a dollop of ketchup, and mustard. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes or caramelized onions if using, and then place the top buns on.

Serve: Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve with extra condiments on the side for dipping.
