Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded

6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 package (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12x16 inches.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck the ends under to prevent filling from escaping.

Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the top of the stromboli with the beaten egg to give it a golden, shiny finish.

Use a sharp knife to make a few diagonal slits on top of the stromboli for ventilation.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into pieces and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
