1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1 green onion, thinly sliced

1 package of wonton wrappers

Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Garnish: additional green onions and ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Wonton Wrappers: Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or brush with oil. Place a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin, pressing down gently to fit the shape of the cup. You can use two wrappers per cup for extra sturdiness if desired.

      Bake Wonton Cups: Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning. Once done, remove them from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

        Make the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined and creamy.

          Fill Wonton Cups: Carefully spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each baked wonton cup, filling them generously.

            Bake Again: Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is heated through and the tops are slightly golden.

              Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of ranch dressing if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your flavorful creation!
