Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup milk (adjust for consistency)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add in the vanilla extract and continue beating until well incorporated.

Gradually add the flour and cocoa mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until combined.

If the batter is too thick, slowly add in milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips, mixing until evenly distributed throughout the dip.

Transfer the brownie batter dip into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with a variety of dippers such as graham crackers, pretzels, fruit slices, or even spoon it up with a chocolate cookie!
