1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing)

1 cup of milk

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 tablespoon butter, for greasing

Powdered sugar, for dusting

Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.

    Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the dough into individual rolls. Cut each roll into quarters.

      In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar (if using).

        Add the pieces of cinnamon roll dough into the egg mixture, making sure each piece is well-coated.

          Using a fork or your fingers, gently mix until the cinnamon rolls are fully immersed in the egg mixture.

            Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and puffed up.

                Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before using a spoon to carefully remove the bites from the muffin tin.

                  Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll package over the bites and dust with powdered sugar.
