Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Optional: sliced avocado or guacamole for added creaminess

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.

In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing and BBQ chicken together until fully incorporated. This will create a tangy, creamy mixture.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, scoop a generous portion of the BBQ ranch chicken mixture.

Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and red onion. If desired, add slices of avocado or a dollop of guacamole for extra flavor.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling stays inside.

Place the wraps seam-side down on a cutting board and slice them in half diagonally. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
