2 ripe bananas

2 cups whole milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (optional for extra creaminess)

Ice cubes (optional)

Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Sliced bananas and a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Begin by peeling the ripe bananas and placing them in a blender.

    Add the whole milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and vanilla ice cream (if using) to the blender.

      If you prefer your milkshake cold, add a handful of ice cubes into the blender.

        Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides if necessary.
