Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup macaroni pasta

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup cream cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Macaroni:

    - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

        - In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.

          - Add the cheddar cheese to the saucepan and continue stirring until melted and creamy. Add the cooked macaroni and chopped bacon, mixing well to combine.

            Cook the Beef:

              - In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

                Assemble the Wraps:

                  - Lay a flour tortilla flat and place a generous scoop of the mac and cheese mixture in the center, followed by a scoop of the cooked beef.

                    - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, securing all the delicious filling inside.

                      Toast the Wraps:

                        - In the same skillet used for the beef, add a little more olive oil if necessary and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

                          Serve:

                            - Remove wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Cut in half for presentation and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
