Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 ripe tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce

Optional: hot sauce for some heat

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.

    Prepare the Beef Patty Mixture: In the same skillet with the reserved bacon grease, add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent. In a bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onions, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.

      Form the Patties: Shape the beef mixture into four equal patties.

        Cook the Patties: In the skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. If you like, you can place a slice of bacon on top during the last minute of cooking to warm it up.

          Assemble the Burrito: On each flour tortilla, layer the cooked beef patty, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle with ranch dressing and add hot sauce if desired.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling completely.

              Final Toast (Optional): In the same skillet (or a panini press), place the wrapped burritos seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
